[Android] [iOS] the PointerMoveEvent.deltaPosition returns an inverted Y-axis when using PointerManipulator to track pointer movements on mobile
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Test.unity” Scene
3. Switch to Android Platform
4. Build and Run
5. In Player, drag your finger and observe the red Sphere
Expected result: Sphare follows the same direction as the finger
Actual result: The sphere goes in an opposite direction than the finger
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16, 6000.0.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.44f1, 2023.2.0a15
