Android Install Location cannot be changed in Player Settings
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project “BugRepro” using Android build target
2. Go to Player Settings
3. Change the “Install Location” setting to anything else
Expected result: Selection is changed from Automatic to whatever was selected
Actual result: Selection doesn’t change from Automatic
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b3, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.21f1, 2022.2.0b2
Reproducible on: macOS 12.6 (Intel)
