[Android][IL2CPP] SendTimeout returns incorrect values when project is built with IL2CPP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1403251_Repro.zip" project
2. Build and Run the "ScampleScene" on an Android device
3. In the app press the "CreateSync" button
Expected results: SendTimeout and recvTimeout return 2000 value
Actual results: SendTimeout and recvTimeout return 2 value
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a7
