[Android][GLES2] Image inside a UI Mask is not visible on some Android devices

Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Observe the device’s display

Actual: Image isn't rendered in the mask. See attached screenshots for reference

Reproducible with: 2017.4.0f1, 2017.4.17f1, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0f1, 2019.1.0a11

    Ok, so when will 2018.3.14 be available? It should have been released 2 days ago already. Unity says they are now on a weekly schedule, but for the 2nd week in a row the release is delayed...

    Same bug (sprite mask just not works) at
    Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 ANDROID 4.2.2
    GPU PowerVR SGX540

    And can't reproduce at mobile device:
    HTC with TEGRA GPU and same ANDROID 4.2.2

    Please fix it. Bug start from 2018.3.x version at 2018.2.19 all works great

    It seems that the fix was backported to 2018.3, but they dont know which version it will be released yet (maybe 2018.3.12 or 2018.3.13)

    Our alive version is from 2018.3.4 and we got a lot of reports. PowerVR SGX 544MP is the key here. All of devices from reports using same gpu.

    Also major bug for us. We restructure our project to make use of nested prefabs, so can't go back to 2018.2 and have a lot of users complaining with no chance to fix this by ourself...

    Just to add some search keywords, and also context: this bug causes all ScrollView or ScrollList or ScrollPane or any other UI Masked element to be invisible and not drawn on many Android devices. But no exception is thrown, no error message on log. It simply hides the Scroll Views, but you can still touch, the element is there, a scrollbar appears, but the content is hidden.

    This is a major bug!! It's kinda silent as there is no exceptions thrown, no analytics, people dont know the cause or what to search. If Unity will wait until lots of people vote or complain, we're screwed.

    same problem here.

    Just reproduced on this devices:
    - Unity 2018.3.10f1, LENOVO Lenovo A3000-H, PowerVR SGX 544MP, Android 4.4.2
    - Unity 2018.3.9f1, ASUS ASUS_T00J, PowerVR SGX 544MP2, Android 4.4.1

    any many more PowerVR 544 MP devices...

    Just to note:
    - There was no problem with 2018.2.20f1
    - Everything renders correctly again with 2018.3.9 / 2018.3.10 as soon as we disable the Mask components
