[Android] FrameBufferFetch renders UI Vertex Color incorrectly
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-36566” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” and observe the UI in the Game View
3. Build the project
4. Connect the device to the machine
5. Install and launch the .apk to the device
6. After the splash screen observe the Scene
Expected result: The UI button is the same color as in the Game View
Actual result: The UI button is white and sometimes has a glitched texture
Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1 (glitched texture), 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b14, 2023.2.0a11 (glitched texture)
