[Android] Exporting a gradle project fails when baseProjectTemplate's "GENERATED BY UNITY" comment is removed
Repro steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch build target to Android
3. Check Player Settings -> Publishing Settings -> Custom Base Gradle Template
4. Open the baseProjectTemplate and remove the comment in the first line
5. Attempt to export a gradle project
Actual: Export fails
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.6f1
