[Android] Enabling the new input system causes mobile build to not autorotate
-e: see title
--doesn't break on iOS (tested iPhone8 13.2)
--tested with 2019.3.3, 2020.1a25, Input 0.9.6 - 1.0.0p5
--tested on Samsung S9 Android 10
-repro:
--Create a new project (urp template)
--PlayerSettings, Resolution -> Default Orientation : AutoRotate
--Check Landscape Right and Left
--Build, test on a mobile : autorotation works
--Install New Input system
--Set Active input handling to new
--Build, test on a mobile,
--NOTICE it does not rotate anymore
