[Android][Editor] Unity allows building Android games with a wrong playback engine installed - builds crash on startup
Reproduction steps:
1. Install Unity 5.3.1f1 WITH Android playback engine
2. Install Unity 5.3.1p1 WITHOUT Android playback engine on top of the previous installation
3. Using the editor installed in step 2 create an empty project
4. Build it for android and deploy to device
--- Build will crash on launch with the following error:
Invalid serialized file version. File: "/data/app/com.Unity.ProductName-2/base.apk/assets/bin/Data/globalgamemanagers". Expected version: 5.3.1f1. Actual version: 5.3.1p1.
Notes:
--- Used OSX Editor to test
