[Android] Development Build suffers from an FPS drop when tapping the screen for the first time after relaunching the Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-28077“ project
2. In the File → Build Settings enable Development Build and Autoconnect Profiler
3. Connect your device and in the Run Device select your connected device
4. Click Build And Run
5. After the build loads on the device check the Profiler to see stable ~60FPS
6. Fully exit the app and relaunch it
7. After the Profiler window pops up tap the screen and observe the Profiler
Expected result: FPS stays stable.
Actual result: FPS drops to 15 for a few seconds.
Reproducible with: 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.15f1, 2023.1.0b12
Could not test with: 2020.3.47f1 (Errors with customs scripts), 2023.2.0a10 (Vulkan Errors)
Built with: macOS 13.2 (Intel)
