[Android] "Could not parse input actions in JSON format" error is thrown when importing XRI Default Input Actions from the Starter Assets sample
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Observe the “Assets/Samples/XR Interaction Toolkit/<version number>/Starter Assets/XRI Default Input Actions.inputactions” Input Actions
Expected result: The Asset is imported correctly
Actual result: The Asset has “Could not parse input actions in JSON format” import error
Reproducible with: 3.0.0, 3.0.5 (2022.3.20f1, 2022.3.42f1)
Not reproducible with: 3.0.0 (2021.3.42f1), 3.0.5 (2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.1.0a24, 6000.015f1)
Could not test with: Versions lower than 3.0.0 (Could not downgrade due to various compilation errors), 3.0.5 (2023.1.0a1 - 2023.1.0a23) (“error CS1061” compilation error))
Reproducible on: MacOS Sonoma 14.5 (Intel), Windows 10 (user’s)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- The issue does not occur on a blank project
- The issue occurs even if the sample is reimported or the package is reinstalled
- Error:
Could not parse input actions in JSON format from 'Assets/Samples/XR Interaction Toolkit/3.0.3/Starter Assets/XRI Default Input Actions.inputactions' (System.InvalidOperationException: Failed to add object of type `InputActionReference`. Check that the definition is in a file of the same name and that it compiles properly.

Work around specified in package works
Important
There is a known issue when upgrading from an older version of the Starter Assets to a newer version. Script references in the Demo Scene for scripts included in the Starter Assets become disconnected when upgrading in-place. It is recommended that you delete the Starter Assets folder from your Samples directory before importing the new Starter Assets sample package.

same issue when i upgraded, this is needed due to dependency of PolySpatial 1.3. This issue ocurs when upgrading Interaction toolkit to 3 from 2.
