[Android] Cannot reference files that are inside Plugins/Android/subfolder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Select "ReferencesInsidePlugins" game object
3. In the inspector view, on the Fields of the script, Drag & drop or use the object picker to reference any of the files inside the Plugins/Android/subfolder
4. Observe that the files cannot be referenced
Expected result: it should be possible to reference files from Plugins/Android/subfolder
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a5, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.1.0b1
No repro in: 2018.1.0a7, 2018.1.0a1, 2017.4.13f1, 2017.2.4f1
