[Android] Audio latency in playback when using AudioSource.Play() on low end Android devices
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run to older than android 8 devices
3. Make volume on in the device
4. Press anywhere in the application and watch how sprite falls down
Actual result: Audio has latency when one sprite touches another one
Expected result: The audio should align with the sprite touching another sprite.
Reproduced with: 2019.2.11f1 2020.1.0a11
Can not check on 2017.4 and 2018.4 due to errors.
