[VFX Graph][Mobile] Bitonic sort exceed maximum supported workgroup size
.How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Project.zip" Project
2. Change the build target to "Android"
3. Make sure that Graphics API is Vulkan
4. Build and run the app on the specific device
Expected Behavior: The app runs smoothly and does not freeze
Actual Behavior: The app freezes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2018.4 since the project breaks after downgrade

Seeing this issue on Unity 2021.2.7 with some MacOS users. I haven't been able to determine a pattern for why some users get it and others don't. For instance, one 2015 Macbook Air is fine, while a 2020 Macbook Air fails. Similarly another 2015 Macbook fails, but a 2021 Macbook works fine.
