[Android] An app crashes when Split Application Binary is enabled and Build System is set to Gradle (New)
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project;
2. Enable "Split Application Binary" in Player Settings;
3. Set Build System to Gradle (New) in Build Settings;
4. Build and run the project on the device;
Actual result: an app crashes with an error "Unable to initialize the Unity Engine".
Expected result: an app should not crash.
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0a2, 2017.1.0b10, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 5.5.4p1, 5.6.2p2
