[Android] 8x,16x MSAA are displayed as non-supported when device GPUs do support



How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “MSAABlackScreenTest_Android” project
2. Build and Run the “CheckMSAA” Scene on Android
3. Search and filter logs for “Support” in the Android Logcat

Expected result: “RenderTexture 8MSAA Support” value is equal to 8
Actual result: “RenderTexture 8MSAA Support” value is equal to 4

Reproducible with: 2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.17f1, 2022.2.4f1, 2023.1.0b1
