[Android 11]Keyboard does not come up after clicking on a textbox when HideMobileInput is set to true
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Case_1278626"
2. Build it on Android with Android 11(API level 30)
3. In the App press on the pink textbox to bring up the keyboard
Expected results: Keyboard comes up when clicking on a textbox
Actual results: Keyboard does not come up when clicking on a textbox
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.4.11f1, 2020.1.6f1, 2020.2.0b3
VLNQA00123, Google Pixel 2 XL (Pixel 2 XL), Android R, CPU: Snapdragon 835 MSM8998, GPU: Adreno (TM) 540
Note: This is only reproducible with Android 11
