Altering a sprite using the RectTransform tool also alters the Z scale component if the Shift modifier is used
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open a fresh project
2. Create - > 2D object- >Sprite
3. Set Sprite on the Sprite Renderer
4. Select RectTransform tool
5. Alter the bounds of the sprite while holding SHIFT
6. Note that Z scale component is also changed
