After editing animation and entering play mode, one is not always asked to apply changes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Find Berserker@WalkForward. FBX model
4. Go to its Animations tab
5. Select or deselect Root Transform Position
6. Play the secne
7. Notice that sometimes "Apply changes" window pops up and sometimes it doesn't
Workaround: after editing click apply in the inspector
