[Adreno][Gamma][Post-processing] Bloom is too intense with Gamma color space

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project or download from https://github.com/ernestasKupciunas/Winter/tree/Winter_Demo
2. Make sure Color Space set to Gamma and Graphics API to Vulkan or GLES3
3. Make sure Bloom is enabled in Volume component ("PPtest" Game object in "Winter_Demo scene")
4. Build & Run "Winter Demo" scene on device

Expected result: No visual issues
Actual result: Red spot on the camp fire is too intense in the middle of scene

Reproducible: 2020.2.4f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2021.2.0a12
Not reproducible: 2019.4.24f1
