[Addressables] Paths for Assets marked as 'Addressable' do not update in the Addressables window when moved or renamed
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (AddressablesPathUpdate)
2. Open the Scenes folder and mark 'SampleScene' as 'Addressable'
3. Open the Window > Asset Management > Addressables and see the new entry in Default Local Group
4. Rename the 'Scenes' folder
5. See the Default Local Group in the Addressables window
Expected result: the path to SampleScene is updated
Actual result: the path to SampleScene is not updated
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b4 2020.1.0a5
Could not test with Unity versions: 2017.4.32f1(Addressables package not available)
Reproducible with package versions: 1.1.9, 1.2.4
Not reproducible with package versions: 1.1.7
