[Addressables] NullReferenceException is thrown when building player content after deleting a group
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1157942-Addressables02.zip")
2. Open the Addressables window
3. Build player content
4. Inspect the console
Expected results: Build completes successfully
Actual results: NullReferenceException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a5
Reproducible with package versions: 0.7.4, 0.8.6
Not reproducible with package version: 0.6.8
Note
Downgrading the package version to 0.6.8 and then upgrading back to 0.8.6 seems to fix the issue
