Adding or removing Command Buffers on a Camera creates Garbage
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "New Unity Project (3.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "DensityParticles" scene
3. Open Profiler window
4. Enter Play mode
5. Observe that 1.7kb of garbage gets created on the Camera when adding or removing Command Buffers
Notes:
- This issue appears on both Windows and OSX
Reproduced on Unity 2018.2.0a9, 2018.2.2f1 and 2018.3.0a8
Not reproduced on Unity 2018.1.9f1 and 2018.2.0a8
