Add Component button text is white in Inspector Window when the Editor's theme is set to Personal
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Ensure that the Editor's theme is set to Personal (Edit -> Preferences -> General -> Editor Theme)
3. Select the "Directional Light" GameObject from the Hierarchy window
4. Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: The text of the "Add Component" button is black
Actual result: The text of the "Add Component" button is white
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.19f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b2, 2020.2.0a3
