[Adaptive Performance][UX] When the settings view is narrowed "View license" text appears on top of the toggle
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Package Manager
3. Install Adaptive Performance package
4. Open Project Settings -> Adaptive Performance
5. Narrow the settings view
Actual result: "View license" text appears on top of the toggle (Providers row)
Expected result: "View license" text hides before covering the toggle
