Tooltips of Scaler settings of Adaptive Performance in Project settings always appear in the center of the window. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager > Install Adaptive Performance
3) Edit > Project Settings > Adaptive performance
4) Samsung Android > Scaler Settings > Hover on Adaptive LOD or any setting below
Actual result: Tooltips always appear at the center of the windows
Expected result: Tooltips should appear near the hovered property
Occurring in: 2020.2.0a20, 2020.2.0a1, 2020.1.0f1, 2020.1.0a1 with package version 2.0.0-preview.11
Note: Scaler setting menu for Adaptive performance package were introduced in package version 2.0.0-preview.11
