Adaptive Performance "Logging Frequency" can be set to a negative number
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Adaptive Performance -> Enable
3. Go to the "Basic" tab
4. Under the "Development Settings", set the "Logging Frequency" to a negative value
5. Observe the results
Expected results: The field can't be set to a negative value
Actual results: The field can be set to a negative value
Reproducible with: 6000.3.7f1, 6000.4.0b7, 6000.5.0a6
Can't test with: 6000.0.67f1 (No "Basic" tab)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
