A text box moves to the side of a screen when selecting Add package from git URL in Package Manager
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open Package Manager
3. Select Add button "+"
4. Select Add Package from git URL from the add menu
Expected result: A text box stays inside of a Package Manager window
Actual result: A text box gets moved to the side of a screen
Reproducible with: 2021.1.4f1, 2021.1.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9
Notes:
- This issue also happens when selecting Add package by name in Package Manager
