A specific .ktx texture with ETC2.0 and alpha channel has artifacts on image's top
To reproduce:
1. Open retro project
2. Select 'test' texture in project window
3. Change filter mode to trilinear, apply settings
4. Change filter mode back to bilinear, apply settings
Expected: texture background should be black
Actual: in right upper corner colourful stripe is shown
Note: sometimes when editing import settings coloured line on the top of image disappears
Reproduced: 5.6.4p4, 2017.1.2p4, 2017.2.0p4, 2017.3.0f2, 2018.1.0a7
