A portion of an AudioClip is skipped when toggling AudioListener.pause in WebGL Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "IN-46976.zip" project
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene"
3. Select the WebGL platform in the Build Settings window (File -> Build Settings)
4. Build and Run the project
5. Enable Developer Tools in the browser
6. Press Spacebar and observe the Console in the browser
7. Repeat step 6
Expected results: Paused "dspTime" and "audioSource time" are identical to Resumed
Actual results: Paused "dspTime" and "audioSource time" are not identical to Resumed
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
Reproducible on: macOS 13.4 (M1)
Notes: Not reproducible on the Editor and Standalone Player
