Reproduction steps:
1. Open a new Unity project
2. Add “AI Navigation” package to the project
3. Open the “Window\AI\Navigation (Obsolete)” window
4. Click on "For details, visit the Unity manual" at the bottom of the window

Expected result: redirection to a documentation page
Actual result: redirection to a missing documentation page

Reproducible with: 1.1.3 (2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.2f1)
Couldn’t test with: 1.1.1 (2021.3.27f1), 2.0.0-pre.3 (2023.2.0a21) (the “Navigation (Obsolete)” window is missing)

Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)
