A ListView containing a single item does not show the item
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Click "Test" -> "Open ListView test window" in the main menu
3. Observe the ListView window
Expected result: The window displays one item
Actual result: The window does not display any items
Reproducible with: 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.3f1, 2022.2.0a15
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1 (Console errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 3840x2160 with a 125% DPI scale
Not reproducible on: macOS Big Sur 11.6
Note: Only seems to reproduce on a specific DPI setting
