A group of different ProBuilder meshes become identical in a build when converted to entities using ConvertToEntity
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case-1142919-ProBuilderECSBug" project
2. Open the "bugbuild" scene
3. Inspect the different ProBuilder meshes and build the project
4. Launch the build
Expected results: The ProBuilder meshes look the same as they did in the Editor
Actual results: The ProBuilder meshes are offset from their original position and are all identical
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0f1, 2019.2.0a10
