5.5b4 Gradle Build for Android
Repro 100% with Unity Version 5.5.0b6 (e398e763a5a6)

1. Open repro project
2. Switch build system to gradle
3. Try to build an apk
4. Notice that gradle build will fail with error : Google.JarResolver.ResolutionException: Cannot resolve com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:LATEST()
