5.1: can't load cache admin page
-e: see title, this is different from the closed network player issue
-repro:
--load a scene made with 5.1
--make sure to select the Release-5.1 channel
--go to the setup page
--NOTICE it fails to load the widget
--change channel to Release-5.0
--NOTICE it loads the widget just fine
