404 page loads up when opening the ProBuilder documentation
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "ProBuilderTest.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open Package Manager
3. Install Probuilder
4. Press Tools > ProBuilder > Documentation
5. Observe that a browser window will be opened to http://procore3d.github.io/probuilder2/ which returns a "404" page
Notes:
- This issue appears both on Windows and OSX
Reproduced on Package version 3.0.0 and 3.0.9
Reproduced on Unity 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.6f1 and 2018.3.0a10
