3D objects have flickering pixels in Game View
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "New Unity Project (18).zip" and scene "Scene_Demo Cartoon zoom world kid"
2. Enter Play mode
3. In Scene or Game View observe "Cartoon zoom world kid_car baby2" GameObject
Expected result: no flickering on the objects occur
Actual result: some 3D objects have flickering pixels, moving the mouse or clicking on different Editor windows amplifies the flickering
Reproducible with: 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.14f1, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0a2, 2019.1.0a9

This issue was reproduced on the following Nvidia GPUs: GTX 950, GTX 1060, GTX 1080
Was not reproducible with: Radeon Pro WX 9100, Radeon Pro 580(mac)
