[2D][URP] Lights produce diagonal artefacts when normal maps are set on Sprites
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “2DURP_Normal_Bug” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Move around the “Light2D” GameObject in the Scene
Expected result: Light is correctly casted on Sprites in the Scene
Actual result: Light produced on Sprites is distorted
Reproducible with: 11.0.0 (2021.1.14f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.10f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.18f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b9), 15.0.1 (2023.1.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.40f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.13f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel), Windows 11

Resolution Note:
Not a bug. Normal map asset has to be changed to the "Normal map" Texture Type
