[2D][Sprite Editor] Sprite is not generated from texture when user uses "Apply" action at Unapplied import settings popup
How to reproduce:
1. Open any empty Project
2. Bring in a PNG Sprite texture, set sprite mode to multiple and apply
3. Go into Sprite Editor to Slice and Trim the Sprite
4. Click on some other object in Project window to trigger the "Unapplied import settings popup"
5. Press Enter or click on Apply
6. Note that Sprite is not generated from texture in Project Window
Reproducible with: 2017.4.19f1, 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a13, 2019.2.0a1
Actual results: Sprite isn't generated from the Texture
Expected results: Sprite should be generated from the Texture
