[2D] SceneView ShowGrid setting disables when exiting the Unity Editor while a Tilemap Editor Tool is active
Repro Steps:
1. Open a new 2D template project, note that Grid visibility in sceneview is active
2. Create a New tilemap object in scene view
3. Make sure Tile Palette tool is active, note that the Grid in sceneview is disabled
4. Close and reopen the Editor, note that SceneView ShowGrid setting is now disabled
