[2D] Rendering of Tilemap is not updated in Scene Window automatically when enable or disable from Inspector
Rendering of Tilemap is not updated in Scene Window automatically when enable or disable from Inspector, need to hover the mouse in Scene Window
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > 2D Object > Tilemap
3. Select Grid > Inspector > Disable Grid by unchecking
Expected Result: Grid should be disabled
Actual Result: Grid is not disabled, need to hover the mouse on Scene window
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0b1, 2019.2.0f2, 2019.1.10f1
Environment: Windows 10 only
