2D Raycaster doesn't capture IPointer/IDrag events
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "main" scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Press/drag "3DColliders" object and observe console - messages are printed out on IPointer/IDrag events
5. Press/drag "2DColliders" object and observe console - IPointer/IDrag events are not captured by Physics 2D Raycaster and no messages are being printed out
Reproduced with: 5.5.0a2, 5.5.0b9
Not reproducible with: 5.3.6p8, 5.4.2p1, 5.5.0a1
