2D polygon collider bounds are not updating when texture is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Open "986540Repro" project
2. Enter "TerrainTest" scene
3. Enter play mode
4. With left mouse button click on the ground to edit it
Expected result: Polygon collider bounds should change when texture is changed
Actual result: Polygon collider bounds remain the same
Regression first introduced in: 2017.2.0p1
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.2.0p1
Not reproducible with:2017.2.0f3, 2017.1.3f1, 5.6.5p1, 5.5.6f1
