2D Lights are missing from the Create option
Users cannot create 2D lights in 2021.2 and 2021.2 anymore.
Repro steps:
- make a new project with 2021.1 URP template
- in Scene hierarchy window, press the + button to create a new object, navigate to Lights section.
Expected Result:
2D lights should be among the options
Actual result:
2D lights are missing from the options
Regression in 2021.1 and in 2021.2 the Create manu has a new section, but nothing is in there.
Cannot repro in 2020.2 or 2019.4
