2D Array and 3D Textures are incorrectly sliced when 'Alpha is Transparency' setting is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (TextureImporterIssues.zip)
2. Select the Circle sprite in the Project window
3. In the Inspector window, make Texture Shape is either 2D Array or 3D
4. Check 'Alpha is Transparency' and apply changes
5. See the Texture preview in the Inspector
Expected result: the circle sprite is sliced correctly
Actual result: the circle sprite is sliced incorrectly
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a12, 2020.2.0b11
Not reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0a4
Could not test with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.14f1, 2020.1.12f1, 2020.2.0a11(TextureImporter does not support 2D Arrays and 3D Textures)
