[2023.2] Caret is not drawn in the Textfield of UI Toolkit “Text Field” example if it’s focused and has no text
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Menu > Window > UI Toolkit > Samples
3. Open the “Text Field” example
4. Delete text in the “UXML Field” field
5. Observe the text field
Expected result: Caret is visible
Actual result: Care is not visible
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20, 2023.2.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.2f1, 2023.2.0a19
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)
