[2019.2] EditorGUI methods are not called within EditorGUILayout.BeginFadeGroup and EditorGUILayout.EndFadeGroup methods
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1177316.zip' project using the EnvIronman VM (optional) (more information in Edit)
2. In the Hierarchy window select 'SELECT ME'
3. In the Inspector window toggle on 'Toggle Fade Group'
Expected result: the red line does not disappear
Actual result: the red line disappears
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0f1, 2019.2.3f1, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.0b10, 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
