[asmdef] ShaderIncludePath script causing shader errors due to the asmdef dll being never loaded
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Open 'Test' scene
3. Notice 'Shader error in 'TestUnlit': failed to open source file: 'TestInclude.hlsl' ' error
4. Open project on any version of Unity from 'Reproduced' list below
5. Notice that 'TestInclude.hlsl' shader is now included properly(after this it will work in the previously opened version as well)
Reproduced: 2018.1.0b10, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b5
