Same issue here, works fine in editor, windows and android, but doesn't work on iPhone 5.

GuiText shows up blank on devices running iOS 8.2 with my live versions built with Unity 4.6, which has apparently been fixed in Unity 5, but I can't get a build out with all my web server communications broken. I'd downgrade to an older version of Unity but... Apple requires x64 builds now, which I need Unity 5 to create.

Similar issue here and when i do get the web player to work or any build, things stop working.
I'm using Azuline Studio's Realistic FPS Prefab Asset from the store and the character can do everything its supposed to in the editor player, but when you build (Doesn't matter which platform) the water loses its underwater fog and color, the inputs for grabbing weapons to use doesn't work, menus don't appear when you press escape, everything seems to be broke when I build.

I wasn't able to wait on this bug to be resolved, so I switched from www to BestHTTP Pro.

I thought it worth mentioning to others here that BestHTTP works great and the code changes were very minor to switch over.

Web Player on Safari, Firefox, and Chrome all work now for my app.

This is a major issue for my company's app. We contractually must support more than Chrome. Come on Unity, this is a little bug that makes a big difference: Web Player becomes Chrome Player!

When I put System.Web.dll and System.Web.Services.dll in to the project the PC compilation works well. Instead Web Player compilation won't works and Unity show follow error message: Error building Player: Extracting referenced dlls failed.

Same here. Works fine with Chrome in Mac OS, but fails with Safari and Firefox. Please, fix it ASAP.
