Vertex color flips between DX11 and DX9

Steps to reproduce :

- import the project attached
- open the scene colorflip dx10vsdx11
- switch to dx11
- press apply and notice the colors are flipped and also notice the warning in the console :

Assets/VertexPainter/Editor/VertexPainter.cs(92,30): warning CS0618: `UnityEditor.Undo.RegisterUndo(UnityEngine.Object, string)' is obsolete: `Use Undo.RecordObject instead'

!Workaround: If you save the scene and restart Unity the vertex colors will be correct.
