[Mobile] ExecuteDefaultActionAtTarget is not dispatching correctly when pressing outside of soft keyboard
How to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project "Trunk.zip"
2. Build and Run on Android
3. When the app opens, press on text field to open keyboard
4. Press anywhere above the keyboard
Expected result: The keyboard is closed
Actual result: The keyboard is not closed
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a7, 2022.1.0b16, 2022.2.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0a6
Could not test with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1 (uxml document does not work)

- Can be reproduced on Android and iOS
